...pleased with my Hummingbird. We went to a festival over the weekend with some friends and I saw this Hummingbird made out of a spoon and some forks. I had to have it for my flower bed! The artisan was also selling other garden decorations made out of silverware. There were dragonflies, butterflies, frogs, and turtles. So fun, now I need to fill up my empty flower beds with actual flowers.
...looking forward to leftover cookies. Yesterday I made some Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies to share with friends. There are two leftover cookies and I'm looking forward to having them with my lunch.

Very cute hummingbird! How funny - I made peanut butter oatmeal dark chocolate chip cookies this weekend. Very yummy. As we also did some major grocery shopping. No huge sales on meats, but my freezer was pretty stocked from previous sales and shopping trips, so it was mostly shopping for staples and refilling major holes in my pantry, like vanilla, yeast, and white wheat flour,. Gotta have that kind of stuff! And of course we were out of milk, eggs, bread, and half and half. Go figure. I should have shopped yesterday, but we were crazy busy. Hope it's a good rest of your week.
ReplyDeleteI got some great deals on meat, and so did my neighbor. I got a roast that I can't wait to have with friends that are moving here later this month.
